The following terminology has the meaning and is intended for the convenience of the parties with respect to the provisions set forth in (hereinafter referred to as the CBN Website Terms).

CBN Sites are a collection of internet sites operated and managed directly by PT Cyberindo Aditama (CBN) and are part of the CBN Network.
CBN Websites means each of the CBN Websites, including the design content (layout, graphics, multimedia, etc.) (scripting, engines, and their integral parts) and all features (forums, consultations, facilities, and other features contained in the CBN Websites) contained therein.
Features are facilities available on the CBN Website and to facilitate communication, receiving and sending messages, data or files in various forms from or to Website Users, CBN, or CBN Partners.
A Website User is any person who accesses the CBN Website, whether a passive visitor or one using interactive (active) facilities, including Registered Users.
Registered User means any person who is registered and entitled to access certain facilities of the CBN Site by registration.
CBN Partners are other parties that enter into agreements with CBN both commercial and other types of agreements that use the CBN Site.

By accessing the CBN Site, Users agree to be bound by and comply with the following terms:

CONDITIONS OF LAW

The CBN Site will be operated as a public communication platform through which any person may access and use the CBN Site..
Certain sections of the CBN Websites require registration to be completed and conditions to be met in order to access or use such sections.
CBN reserves the right to revise, add, delete, suspend with or without a specified period of time, part or all of the CBN Website, including the content, design, hyperlinks, articles, interactive features, or other facilities on the CBN Website, block or unblock Website Users, perform scheduled or emergency maintenance or security.
All Website Users using the CBN connection, access and the CBN Website must also comply with the terms set out in the CBN Terms of Service.

RESPONSIBILITY OF WEBSITE USER AND PINALTY

Users of the WEBSITE must comply with all information and conditions set forth in the 'CBN Website Terms', 'CBN Network Policy' and the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
WEBSITE users are solely responsible for all content of any kind transmitted or distributed through the CBN Websites.
WEBSITE Users are not allowed to send or distribute messages, statements, materials or files in any form that may cause conflicts or disputes between and among WEBSITE Users or other parties that cause inconvenience related to ethnicity, religion, race and affiliation, politics, pornography and others.
Users of the WEBSITE are not permitted to exploit, modify and engage in any actions that may result in the above conditions on the CBN Website.
Other than CBN Partners are not permitted to provide hyperlinks to any part of the CBN Website without prior approval or mutual agreement with CBN.

WARNINGS ON CONTENT, MATERIAL AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Internet is a communications network operated by many operators, both individuals and institutions, in and from various parts of the world with diverse cultural values and legal systems. The content and materials displayed on the CBN Websites are a collection of information and communication
Website Users are a public community who access the Internet from a variety of places. CBN does not continuously monitor the activities of Website Users and CBN is not responsible for any activities of Website Users.
Parts of the CBN Website contain material provided by CBN Partners or submitted by Website Users. CBN does not guarantee the accuracy of the content
Portions of the CBN Website contain material that is subject to Intellectual Property Rights. Users of the Website are not permitted to use or make any use of the CBN Website that infringes or violates any Intellectual Property Rights.
CBN makes no representations and warranties that the content and materials displayed will be in accordance with the moral standards of each Website User. However, CBN will do its best to maintain and preserve the norms that apply in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. CBN will receive reports from Website Users and conduct random (unscheduled) monitoring.
CBN is not responsible for content displayed on the CBN Websites that is provided individually by CBN Partners or other parties with reasonable control.
CBN will use its best efforts to improve the quality of the CBN Website in terms of security and convenience of Website Users. However, CBN makes no representation or warranty that the CBN Websites will be free from errors, viruses, worms or cyber-attacks of any kind, defective software or hardware used to operate and maintain the CBN Websites and interruptions or access difficulties.
In operating and maintaining the CBN Website, Website Users shall observe and comply with the following as limitations of CBN's liability:
- Consulting Services: Consultation services will be arranged with each CBN Partner in their respective areas of expertise. Any opinions/responses/advice/information provided in the consultation service do not constitute comments or responses from CBN and are not absolute solutions to the various questions raised. CBN shall not be liable for any disappointment, failure or loss of any kind arising from the consultation service between Website Users and CBN PARTNERS.
- Forum: Forums are available as a means of communication between Website Users. Although CBN acts as a moderator of each forum, CBN does not continuously monitor the available forums. Each Website User is responsible for the information/articles/files/hyperlinks submitted through the forums.
- Advertising: Other than promotions and information about CBN, CBN does not guarantee the suitability, accuracy and quality of advertisements posted by CBN PARTNERS or Website Users. All promotions by CBN and CBN PARTNERS shall be by agreement and subject to verification between CBN and CBN PARTNERS. All promotions and information are the responsibility of the advertiser.
- Multimedia and Download Features: Each of these features will be provided in partnership with CBN Partners. CBN does not guarantee the quality of streaming or other files that may be accessed or downloaded. CBN highly values and respects the Intellectual Property Rights of the content available in these features. CBN will not condone and prohibits any form or piracy or infringement of Intellectual Property Rights through the use of any CBN services.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These CBN Website Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
All disputes and conflicts arising out of or related to the CBN Website services shall be resolved amicably.
Failing such amicable settlement, the parties agree that all disputes and conflicts shall be subject to the competent jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia and referred to the South Jakarta District Court having competent jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.
These CBN Site Terms are made in Indonesian and translated into other languages for convenience purposes. All interpretations and definitions of the CBN Site Terms are made in the Indonesian language.
