As an effort to make a seamless billing process and increase the efficiency of CBN Fiber services, the due date to pay for any CBN Fiber billing has been changed to 19 days after the invoice is given effective on January 2024.

We send billing information every month via e-mail and diCBN mobile app. Please install diCBN mobile app via Google Play Store or App Store.

To make it easier for you to pay the mandatory billing, CBN has provided you with an array of payment methods that you can choose from, such as:

Internet/Mobile Banking: Use internet/mobile banking by transferring to banks that works with CBN's virtual accounts, such as BCA and Mandiri.
Credit Card: Paying online via credit card with the Visa, Mastercard, and JCB logo.
Marketplace: Done by visiting your favorite convenience store such as Indomaret, Alfamart Alfamidi, Lawson, or DAN+DAN.
E-wallet: Paying through e-wallets such as OVO, Gopay, DANA, LinkAja, and Otto Pay.
E-commerce: Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Blibli, Kredivo, and Klik Indomaret are some favored e-commerce platforms that accepts CBN billing payments.

We are reminding you again that customers are not allowed to use other payment methods except the accepted CBN payment methods. CBN staff is not allowed to receive payment/tips/presents from customers. If you witness a such cases, please report to CBN Customer Care.
