As a token of appreciation for our loyal customers, CBN Fiber is presenting an exciting prize draw with attractive prizes like the iPhone 15, Air Fryer, and Air Purifier for 15 lucky winners.

This program is open to all CBN Fiber customers who register for advance payments for 6 or 12 months during the program period, which is January 8 - May 15, 2025. Participants who join the draw will receive a unique code that will be drawn in July 2025.

What are the Prizes?

What are the Terms and Conditions to Join Cybro Surprise Rewards?
To participate in the CBN Fiber: Cybro Surprise Rewards program, the following terms apply:

The raffle is valid for active CBN Fiber customers (individual accounts only) who are not using other promotional payment options.
The raffle is valid for:
- Existing CBN Fiber customers who submit a request for 6 or 12-month Advance Payment request through the diCBN application and complete bill payments during the program period.
- New CBN Fiber customers who select the a 6 or 12-month Advance Payment method on the registration form and complete said bill payments during the program period.
Customers who are eligible to participate in the draw:
- Advance payment of 6 months will get 1 unique code
- Advance payment of 12 months will get 2 unique codes
Participants must download and log in to the diCBN application during the raffle period.
15 winners will receive prizes according to the draw results.
Each customer can only win 1 prize. If the same customer's unique code comes out more than once, the prize won is from the unique code that came out first.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days by phone, email, or WhatsApp, the prize will be forfeited.
Winners are responsible for raffle taxes.
Prizes will be sent to the address registered with CBN at the latest 60 working days after the announcement of the winner and payment of draw taxes.
The draw does not apply to employees of the CBN Group (CBN, Dens TV, CBN Cloud, NEX, and Transcosmos Indonesia).
The raffle results are final and cannot be contested.
Draw participants must install and log in to the diCBN app on the PlayStore or AppStore.
